Elevator Pitch No. 3

Elevator Pitch #3

Reflection: I decided to move to a better lit area and stand. The second pitch was completed in a basement but I decided to move it above ground!  Other than that, I received good feedback on the content of my pitch. I tried to add more emotion into the pitch by rehearsing hand gestures and inflection timing. Since my first pitch, I feel more comfortable recording myself on camera as well as combining emotion with facts to keep the audience interested! There are a few more sticking points on my pitch which I will work on for the future. After Pyror's mention of keeping an elevator pitch handy for future interviews, I have started to think about my "interview elevator pitch." This activity will definitely help in the future.

  1. Hi Orlantha,
Amazing job on your pitch! I can see how much you've worked on it since the first pitch and how much you have improved! I think moving to a better lit area and standing made a ton of difference. And I think you did a great job adding more of yourself in your delivery. I can really sense your passion from watching your pitch and I can tell you know what you're talking about. Also, I still love the question/call to action at the end of your pitch. I think it does a great job getting people to continue thinking about your idea. Awesome job!
